Projecting a more sustainable future
In MT Branding we bet for the environment. Our future project includes the incorporation of new techniques, such as latex technology printers, and other materials like corrugated cardboard, taking a step forward in interior decoration and recyclable 3D constructions, which help to make more sustainable our day to day living.
Manufactured from recycled paper and sugarcane waste, our corrugated cardboard is an ecological material that offers unique properties, such as strength, lightness and sustainability, to design, create and manufacture all kinds of customizable structures, panels, advertising furniture , PLV, etc.
It is a new generation of plates made of paper fibre, with an optimal relationship between strength and weight. Manufactured with recycled paper and with organic adhesives that, together, support 90 tons per m2, achieving a good noise absorption, a high bending resistance, great stability against changes in humidity and temperature.
It is a recyclable ecological material, which does not contain toxic components and is designed to replace DM (made with resins), PVC, foam and other materials that are not respectful with the environment.
It allows printing on both sides with UV or screen printing inks, with an extraordinary print quality. It can be cut, milled, bended and manipulated with tool machining that facilitate the manufacture and assembly of structures, furniture, displays, etc. and they provide a lot of opportunities for the creation of sustainable designs. It can be laminated with fabrics, cork, printed papers, melamine and wood, aluminium, etc.
